I think you would love it. And it is a quick read.<br /><br />Second, and on a more serious note, I definitely agree that the state of your heart is way more important than the state of your skin. As a woman who still carries the emotional and mental scars of an eating disorder and issues with personal appearance, I cringe every time I hear a woman concerned about roots, or wrinkles, or any normal sign of aging, most of which I find to be quite lovely in their natural state. Be healthy and fight to realize that your body's version of healthy will never fit the mold of our society's version of beautiful. <br /><br />And guard your words about yourself around precious Mae. I speak from experience to say that hearing your mom's loathing of body image makes you more aware of your own potential faults.<br /><br />Much love to you friend.
